Training Course Structure

All training sessions begin with an agenda so that participants know what to expect from the day(s). The session then follows this agenda using a mixture of theory, discussion and practical exercises. 

Sessions are good fun and interactive, with staff taking part in the discussions and exercises. At the end of the day, course members will carry out summary exercises to consolidate their knowledge and confirm how much they have learned.

Written feedback is always undertaken at the end of the day to ensure that participants are satisfied with the service received. This also enables us to consistently maintain the highest of training standards for our clients.

Group Sizes and Location

We usually advise small group sizes of 4–12 people, which makes the content easier to understand and encourages member interaction. We are fully flexible in terms of the course location and can carry out the training at a venue and a time to suit you.
